"What a beautiful apartment! Close proximity to everything a short train ride away from duomo, shopping and the central station. Apartment is fully equipped, modern, comfy beds, overall a really really nice stay in Milan! We cant wait to come back! "

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"Ideal for an overnight stop while travelling. Easy parking and close to motorway. Spacious apartment for 5 people. Restaurants nearby including McDonalds. The only problem was that we were told about the 25 Euro cleaning charge AFTER we booked the room. (However, we are not sure whether we ended up paying it or not). "

That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage. "Room was spacious though old. "Free" breakfast was very basic, with croissants provided, but coffee had to be bought from a coffee machine. We also found we could not use our power adaptors, as we had a two-point adaptor, which was fine everywhere else in Italy, while the room had three-point power points. Location though was very convenient, with a 10 minute walk to Central Station. "
