The initial directions given were a little bit confusing but once we asked the reception we were guided to the right path. It’s a lovely location with an amazing gelato store very close by as well as a gorgeous church nearby. There are many amenities such as a washer and drying rack and a fully equipped kitchen. "

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"Fabulous and fully equipped apartment in a lovely setting with a “family” atmosphere. Very quiet and pieceful. Good restaurant. 2 km to town and train station."

"My expectations were set by the description and images which show a terrace and describe multiple rooms. That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage. If you don't mind walking it's...

"Room was spacious though old. "Free" breakfast was very basic, with croissants provided, but coffee had to be bought from a coffee machine. We also found we could not use our power adaptors, as we had a two-point adaptor, which was fine everywhere else in Italy, while the room had three-point power points. Location though was very convenient, with a 10 minute walk to Central Station. "

"The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. "
