"We stayed for 3 nights in this apartment that is located right next door to the marina area. The staff are available 24/7 and so helpful. Parking is in a secure garage. There are key cards for moving in and out of the property so very safe. It is a 5 min walk to the marina area and 5 min more to the VA Waterfront. "Good day, I advise the host I arrived at the hotels, and the area was unsafe, and my car could not be parked safe. I had to find a last-minute accommodation after 5pm on a Wednesday evening during driving through peek Cpt traffic. All had to happen before my function started at 6pm. Not that I expected a refund but would've appreciated some kind an olive branch from the host just as a suggestion. As it was quite a stressful experience finding alternative accommodation."

"Loved the apartments. All appliances and furniture is modern and clean. However, it is extremely noisy. Guests are not respectful of resting hours. People scream and shout in the corridors it’s unbelievable. Cleaning staff speaks loud too. But overall a really good place to stay, with reasonable prices. "

"We chose the Champagne Apartment and it was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room, everything you could possibly need and well considered amenities. Lynn and Mick were very kind hosts inviting us for Happy Hour drinks after a well needed swim in the pool on a very hot day. It was a very short walk into town and very quiet, safe and restful."

"We had such a lovely week, the seacliff management team were attentive and on hand via WhatsApp - even a request on a Sunday evening for a later checkout on the Monday. We had 24 hour security. The design and interior decoration is 5 star - you feel like you are being pampered 24/7. The position is the border between Seapoint and Bantry Bay so ideal for beaches, restaurants and nightlife. "The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. "Mouillé Point Places is a convient location. Bus stop just out front and a Red City Sightseeing bus stop a few minutes walk up the street Coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We recommend Bobo’s or Lily’s for lunch or dinner. Our flat had a lovely ocean view. The building has security guards on duty at all times.
