"The perfect stay. Cute places close by and overall safe feeling. Subway is near and easy to access. The place is absolutely adorable and has such a cozy vintage vibe. Beds were comfy and WiFi was good. Host was so catering and super quick with responses. I have zero complaints and would visit again!"

"It was wonderful to be nestled into a neighborhood in Brooklyn, where we easily found food at local cafes and grocery stores and transit into the City. The brownstone has been beautifully restored. We were comfortable in all the rooms and soothed by the ambiance."

"This was the quintessential New York City experience! The apartment is on a high floor with a view to the Hudson and NJ on one side and the Empire State Building and Midtown on the other. There is a Whole Foods a few blocks away, so we stocked up there. Penn Station is a block and a half away, which was incredibly helpful when I left and had to get to JFK airport. We walked to Hudson Yards for dinner and a show at The Shed. I would definitely stay here again."

"Accurate listing, great location. We were traveling with one in wheelchair and the elevator that was working was so small we had to get him out of the chair in order to use it. The other elevator was not in service and we were promised it would be fixed the second day but it was not. There was a couple of nails poking out of the floor in our room that we put a towel over so as not to step on. It is a cool old building with lots of history though. "

This property was excellent for what we were looking for. I was concerned about the distance but the owner assured me it was not a big deal and they were correct. "The apartment was large and spacious. It is walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Conveniently located close to transit and in a safe neighborhood. The parking is very safe. Off street and secure. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped."

"Nice and clean. Served our purpose of somewhere to sleep while we visited New York for a couple days. The bed was comfortable. We were in the basement room so there was a little bit of noise above us but no more than would be expected. A little store across the street for snacks. Nice big tv to relax and watch while we were winding down to go to sleep. Overall a good experience "

"Rented the property for a long weekend to get away with family. Property was very spacious and clean. Plenty of parking. Would stay again. "

"We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events."

"This property was PERFECT for what we needed it for...a place to unwind, cook and eat, and sleep after busy days in New York. We stayed 2 nights and spent 3 full days in the city. Very easy to get into the city with NJ Transit! The property was fully equipped with everything necessary. One thing lacking was dining seating. There is a living room / kitchen combination with a small high top table, but no chairs. That didn't hamper our plans though, we stood around the table like an airport lol....

"We went as a girls trip we loved it this property was truly the nyc experience our rooms view was amazing we stayed in 623 we had 4 beds a kitchen and a bathroom it was clean and cute loft style our room did get super hot but it was a. Easy fix to turn off the three room heaters and open the window. We could see the Macy’s and the Empire State Building from our room.
