"My family and I loved our stay at Breezy Acres Farm! Our apartment was very clean, full size clean kitchen, and comfortable beds. Mike, the owner was available to answer questions and show us the farm. It was about a 10minute drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park where our Grandson was playing. The owners were accommodating and welcoming.We recommend staying here, particularly if you need to go back and forth to Cooperstown. It was a 20 minute drive each way, which was not a problem. "We were in Cooperstown for my son's little league tourney. Decided to stay here about 25 mins out of town instead of the Holiday Inn Express with the rest of the families. Enjoyed the drive and the view of the lake and also being able to have a full size fridge and washer and dryer. Also, had 2 bedrooms. Our 25-yr old daughter came up for a couple of days, so didn;t have to get an extra hotel room. Great host. Super friendly."

"We stayed here while our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. The house was clean and spacious and had beautiful views. We loved swimming in the lake and using the hot tub. It was the perfect way to start and end each day! Owners were helpful and communicative. Definitely recommend!"
