"We booked this for our stay during my son’s Dreams Park Tournament. The location was perfect with an easy, quick drive to and from the park and restaurants. The setup was perfect with a master that had its own bathroom for my wife and me and an attached separate bedroom for my other two kids. "We stayed here during our son’s Cooperstown visit. The house is a charming 3 bedroom with 2 baths. It was the perfect spot for my family and in-laws. The beds were comfy after a long day on the field. Location was walking distance to downtown and an easy drive to the field. The host Charlie was so nice and easy to work with. "For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. Lake was a little small for our taste but overall was able to get some sailing in on a sunfish and lots of paddle boarding and kayaks. Thanks to Troy for his hospitality"
