"Perfect for the size of our party Well stocked house. A lot of parking. We did have a leak from upstairs bathroom, down in the lower hallway. (Beyond anyone's control). Ants were found in two of three rooms.and our luggage. And bit two of the kids. "

"First the no animals was great as we have an asthmatic in the group. I rent about two houses a year, family on both coasts. For over 15 years. This house exceeded our expectations. I have never had such a well equipped house. The bathrooms had every supply you could need. The kitchen had good cooking set up and the spice cabinet was complete. The grandkids loved the snacks provided the cereal and cheddar fish they could help themselves to. Coffee bar was a nice feature. Most houses offer nothing...

"The property feels more like a home away from home than a rental. It’s warm & cozy with a fully equipped kitchen, that even had the pantry stocked with all the basics (olive oil, flour, sugar, salt & pepper, etc). The host was amazingly kind and helpful! The location perfect for a quick hop into town, and views over the water are so pretty. We will be back!!!"

"We had a great stay. Everything was stocked. We were just on the edge of town (Seaside,Gearhart and Astoria) It was very quiet and nice. We definitely would like to come back again. We also went fishing in the pond just down the road and my son caught a few bass with night crawlers. Very happy with our stay."

"This is our third stay. Perfect for wandering Astoria. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Internet is awful: very slow and drops out all the time. Used my phone as a hotspot. But worth it, we will be back."
