"Altho the condo is old and dated, it worked well for us. Our daughter and her boys brought their dog. We had plenty of room for both of our families. We easily walked to the beach and downtown Long Beach. The view of the marsh with the boardwalk and ocean beyond it is lovely. The furniture, linens and kitchen supplies could use a refresh. We would stay there again because of its proximity to town, the great floorplan and the view."

"Super cute flat/condo very close to everything Astoria has to offer. Beds were super comfortable (even the convertible/pull-out) and there was a great view of the river from the balcony off the living room. The listing says there are three bathrooms, but there are two full baths. Otherwise, everything was absolutely great."

"Nice relaxing getaway at the beach. Located right next to everything you can even see the ocean from your window. Small condo has everything you need and more. Host was available by text with a quick response and kept us updated on repairs being made in another unit in case we were affected. Would stay again!"

"We came up to Long Beach to celebrate our sons high school graduation. The house was perfect for us and our frenchie. It had everything we needed and plenty of room. The beach access was a short walk, Long Beach was fun to go walk around and the fishing was excellent. Thank you!! We will be back again."

"Amber responded to my questions and concerns in very timely and respectful fashion! The location allowed for direct access to both the board walk and Discovery Trail! The view out toward the beach, although somewhat "blocked" by beach grass and trees, was still a meditative and beautiful sight as birds, deer and clouds became part of the entertainment while sitting in the comfortable rockers next to the windows. "This was a wonderful place to stay, easy to get to the beach, discovery trail, and downtown. The condo was probably the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. We had everything we needed, the manager reached out multiple times to make sure we were doing well. Only thing I would add would add would be fans for the living room and bedroom, both were warm at night. Overall would definitely stay again!"

"Really cool and adventurous little place. Getting to the property was a bit of a hassle (the hair salon mentioned was actually an unmarked building when we were there), and parking was a little ambiguous because the parking spot isn't marked, which isn't the fault of the property owner. Instructions for parking could have been a little more clear, but other than everything was great! The owner was super accommodating, and he was really good about communicating with us.
