"This is a nice house, however guests need to know the website claims it sleeps 18 and offers 7 bedrooms (including 2 kings, 4 queens and one room with a sofa bed and bunk bed). We were unpleasantly surprised when upon arrival we found 6 bedrooms (not 7) only 3 queen rooms (not 4). So we had one person (of our party of 8) who thought they would have their own queen room, that ended up having to share one of the 6 rooms by bringing in a mattress from the garage. "The place is situated very close to the beach and restaurants and other conveniences. Very safe neighborhood. Very clean pool and the property manager responded immediately whenever I contacted her. The beach is swimmable and beautiful. What a gem! My daughter and her friends had room to spread out. We will be back here again."
