"This hotel is absolutely stunning. You can tell they care about their space, and the greenery is amazing. Things to remember: you’re staying on a main beach with a lot going on. If you’re looking for something quiet and relaxing, this part of Mazatlan may not be what you’re looking for. That being said, we loved the bandas on the beach, the service, and overall people were so friendly and fun to be around. I hope I can return again, we loved Hotel Playa Mazatlan. "

"We recently stayed at the Gaviana over valentines week. We had a wonderful time, staff were very nice and accommodating. Location ways great, only complaint was our room faced the nightclub next door and it was very loud on the weekends at night, we knew that going into it from our research though. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Overall, it is a very nice resort. The rooms are modern and those facing the ocean have amazing views. The only negative is that the rooms could benefit from having a small fridge. Out of the three hotels we booked, it was the only one that didn’t have a fridge. Adding a fridge would make this hotel 10/10. We also liked the activities around the pool and the restaurant offered a menu a la carte or a buffet. The coffee shop was a nice touch for those that enjoy an espresso or americano. One thing we think would be beneficial is offering an English menu in the restaurant. Would we recommend the Viaggio, definitely!"
