"This is a gem of a hotel. From the moment we checked in, staff was friendly, kind, and accommodating. Check in was at 3PM but they let us into our room at 1PM! Security was top notch and on top of everything! I cannot stress how helpful and handy the staff are. Hotel itself is 10/10. Luxurious, spacious, spotless, and welcoming. Pool areas were amazing and the food was equally as good. Without a doubt my next visit to MZT, I will stay here again. For a new hotel, I would have to say that it tops other luxury hotels in the area. "

"We recently stayed at the Gaviana over valentines week. We had a wonderful time, staff were very nice and accommodating. Location ways great, only complaint was our room faced the nightclub next door and it was very loud on the weekends at night, we knew that going into it from our research though.
