"The hotel is located in the city center, about 10 minutes' walk from the central train station HBF and less than 10 mins' walk from Konigsallee and its stores. The hotel is very nice, but since there was no one at the front desk, I had to use the self-service machine to check in, but it didn't work and I had to wait nearly 30 mins for an employee to show up (no employees in the lobby or at the bar).
