There is no ice machines near the room. No Tea or Coffee in the room Very noisy, all night long I could hear people walking past my room. - Only positive is it is close to the airport. Next time I will try the Sheraton.

Poor service - we arrived at 12:00 and our room was ready but was advised I would need to pay an extra 39 euro to get in my room prior to 3 PM. This makes no sense. I then asked if I’d get a discount if I checked out early but was told no. I don’t really expect to pay less if I check out early but feel the extra charge to get in a room that is available is taking advantage of the customer. Also, most restaurants in the hotel were closed during my stay - very inconvenient.

This is a gorgeous hotel. Very clean. The breakfast is very substantial. The best part is it’s only about 200 steps to the terminal in a covered walkway!
