"It’s not the sparkling gem it should be. I stayed one night in a junior suite overlooking....well, Termini station. The room was large and clearly at one point relatively flash (if it was the 90’s), but tired. Random switches that did nothing, worst stocked mini bar in history (one miniature Jonny Walker red label and a bottle of tonic amongst a couple of cokes and a bottle of Evian!!??). The whole place needs updating,,,, but on the flip side, pretty good rates for such a large room, great bed...

"Stayed in the annex building so needed to go to building a few doors down for front desk and breakfast buffet. Room was good, comfortable bed and a little outside terrace area attached. Bathroom vanity area short on space and a very small shower. Air conditioning was not turned on for the season yet so room was warm and too noisy outside to leave window open at night. Staff was excellent and willing to help with any questions and recommendations! "

"Our stay at NH Hotel was sublime. The staff were incredibly patient and considerate, we felt safe and the location was perfect. Metro and Bus within walking distance, fabulous Roman Pizza from Pizza Colonna (highly recommend) and top rated gelato around the corner from Gelatia La Roma! The Vatican is very close, as is St Peters Basillica and two Piazza's within walking distance. Felt very lucky to have stayed here, thank you to all who made us feel welcome! "
