Great facilities, great location and really helpful staff with a very personalized check in process to ensure we were well briefed on the hotel and the local area. Room was a good size and bathroom was great. We loved our time in Rome and the location of the Arpinelli Relais put all the main attractions at walking distance. The Trevi Fountain was a 2 minute walk and there were heaps of dining options surrounding the hotel. Would definitely stay...

"This was my last of several hotel stays after a week in Europe. Happy to say that it was a pleasant end to the trip. The front desk person was super kind and patient as I figured out my way to the office. She also very kindly showed me the room and gave me an explanation of the stay. The room had ample space for a solo traveler and was a quiet and comfortable night. The elevator is a tight squeeze if you have more than one piece of luggage."
