"We stayed here 3 times during this trip to Italy and have reviewed it previously as well. Let me start with a shout out to Ash, a great bartender. All of the front desk staff are outstanding and it's difficult to single anyone out. They're ALL great. During breakfast, we wound up feeling like Felicia was family. We will absolutely use this hotel again and are genuinely looking forward to seeing our new friends again. "

"It's the MOST convenient hotel when you have an early flight. I've stayed here several times, especially with an early flight. On this particular stay the room they gave me had not been cleaned from the prior guest (towels on the floor , unmade bed...). On informing the front desk, they sent someone to verify, which of course they concurred when they checked. They were very apologetic and immediately got me a new room. they also offered a free meal, which was not necessary. Things happen it's how the company handles it and make corrections which is most important. There are nicer hotels , with bigger rooms and amenities, but for when you want the convenience of being at the terminal, Air Rooms fits the bill."

"The staff were really helpful and spoke English. The breakfast was great. The room was clean. The only downside (which isn’t the hotel’s fault) is that we were told there would be a taxi stand at the ferry station. There was not. It was 10pm and an uber would have taken at least 30 minutes to wait for. We ended up having to walk with our luggage in the rain to the hotel. It was close enough to walk but probably 25 minutes. But I recommend the hotel overall."

"It was less than 10min away from the airport which was great the only down fall is that you're pretty far from tourist points and its quite a trip to get there. "
