"Nice hotel close to the port. The rooms were spacious with a nice view of the city street. If you have mobility issues and carry lots of luggage, this is not an ideal hotel as there are no elevators. Our room was on the fourth floor. No bathroom in your room but you will have your own bathroom down the hall. Breakfast was amazing and a friendly staff. The free shuttle to the cruise port was 7 minutes away at Largo della Pace, 00053 Civitavecchia RM, Italy. "

" You must text them to let them know you are near. Great location to catch a cruise. They schedule a ride, but require cash. The town was fun and they gave us drink chips for a local restaurant. The food and atmosphere was great. The room is small, but has all that is needed including a small fridge with water, cheese, snacks and salami. There is an elevator. I would stay here again."

"Check in time 16:00 and check out time 9:30AM. This rental room has maybe seven other rooms so that leaves 6.5 hours to clean a few rooms. Communication was slow. NO HOT WATER the entire stay so an ice cold shower in the morning. Finally when I saw the maid cleaning the next room she went to a random wall switch and turned on the water heater. This was not communicated in the check in information. WiFi passwords had to be requested in a separate text. On the plus side, the gold fish tank at...

"Our host was kind & outgoing. We missed supper and he found a snack for us. We would stay there again except for one thing: there were 3 large photos (poster-sized) each objectifying a woman’s body which I REALLY didn’t like. That altered my first impression. We slept well. The room was nice & quiet. The bed & temperature were nice. It was modern and there were no physical downsides."
