"It was a clean and a nice sized room. However, the breakfast is just packages of sweets, some apples, bread, cheese and yogurt. A working toaster would have been great. Perhaps, access to their other bed and breakfast, where a more substantial meal is provided, would have been better."

"Check in time 16:00 and check out time 9:30AM. This rental room has maybe seven other rooms so that leaves 6.5 hours to clean a few rooms. Communication was slow. NO HOT WATER the entire stay so an ice cold shower in the morning. Finally when I saw the maid cleaning the next room she went to a random wall switch and turned on the water heater. "Pros;stayed here for 4 days before the cruise. Location is amazing if you are cruising out of the port. The train station is nearby and we took it to visit Rome. They provide you vouchers for breakfast with three options on where to redeem. This is not a fancy place but it is a bargain for what you pay. We had the mimosa room. "We took the ferry from Civitavecchia and this property was perfect for us. We were train and ferry hopping, and Kiara, the property owner, was so welcoming. We had access to Rome, beaches, castles all by train and ended our stay by ferry to Spain. Thank you, Kiara!!"

"Our host was kind & outgoing. We missed supper and he found a snack for us. We would stay there again except for one thing: there were 3 large photos (poster-sized) each objectifying a woman’s body which I REALLY didn’t like. That altered my first impression. We slept well. The room was nice & quiet. The bed & temperature were nice. It was modern and there were no physical downsides."

"We really liked this property. The appartement was specious rooms clean with balcony and small kitchenette. The only inconvenience is that the property is far from Rome city centre you have to walk about 10 minutes to take the bus to Laurentina and then take the train to the centre.
