"Our accommodation was spectacularly clean and the staff members are very accommodating to us. Jana and the lady who served breakfast on Wednesday 25th September were super friendly. Lady on reception was also polite. Closest station is a 12-15 minute walk to Roma Monte Mario which is only 20 minutes of a train ride from Vatican City. Bus stops are near too. A supermarket and McDonalds are within a 5 minute walking distance and lots of independent cafes in the area too. "

"When we reached the hotel, we were denied the room saying something was broken with the bathroom. The manager asked us to find a new hotel on our own. We were left stranded at the last moment in a foreign country. We ended up having to book a really expensive hotel instead and blowing our budget for the trip. Worst possible start to a trip and a genuine nightmare. After i complained about the pathetic service , the manager allowed us inside the hotel and waited till we could find some other...
