Lady on reception was also polite. Closest station is a 12-15 minute walk to Roma Monte Mario which is only 20 minutes of a train ride from Vatican City. Bus stops are near too. A supermarket and McDonalds are within a 5 minute walking distance and lots of independent cafes in the area too. "

"When we reached the hotel, we were denied the room saying something was broken with the bathroom. The manager asked us to find a new hotel on our own. We were left stranded at the last moment in a foreign country. We ended up having to book a really expensive hotel instead and blowing our budget for the trip. Worst possible start to a trip and a genuine nightmare. After i complained about the pathetic service , the manager allowed us inside the hotel and waited till we could find some other...
