"The good and the bad, stayed here 11/12/24 to 11/19/24, the location is premium. The room was clean with high ceilings and a window. This was our first time in Italy, we spent a few nights in Rome and a few in Florence. The location is prime for going out and seeing all the sights. They did have a wine bottle opener in the common area which was helpful. They also have a 24/7 whatsapp for questions and help which was helpful. "We stayed in one of the new rooms on the first floor which was done to an absolutely beautiful standard, very modern, comfortable and luxurious. The room had a mini fridge, safe box, kettle, air con, bidet and the best shower I've ever used with mist, waterfall and handheld head. "The worst hotel ever - I actually think it was being used as accommodation for owners while renovations were taking place. It was not even the hotel advertised, it was across the road. Although clean, the room was unfinished. There were old doors stacked on the wall, covered by a sheet, a stack of ikea items and the drawers were full of personal items including sanitary towels and a bra and pants. "Located in an old palace in downtown Rome, this hotel is in a perfect location. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a single night prior to departure from Rome to the US. The location is perfect since the hotel is downtown next to a ton of restaurants, and is conveniently located next to a Taxi stand (down the alley) for the early morning flight to the US."

"The staff was super friendly and very helpful. We were having problems getting the AC going and called the front desk for help. The young lady came right away and fixed it for us. She also later on helped with reservations for dinner and to get a taxi to get there. Pretty safe area close to many restaurants and sites to visit."

"This property was in a good location for walking to restaurants and sights. The room was clean. The beds and pillows were very hard, so sleeps were not great. It wasn’t what I was expecting- thought it was a hotel but maybe more defined as bed & breakfast? (Breakfast not included but you can add on as an option I think). The staff are only present from 9-2pm but were very good with communication. "

"This was exactly what we wanted. The Puti area is safe and quieter than the more touristy areas. We were happy to come back to Puti after touring in the crowded cit center. Aluminum Gabriel arranged a car service for us as transportation from the airport and also recommended great restaurants, coffee shops & gelaterias . The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was neat and clean. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel in a good walkable area, safe. Very clean room it met the needs we needed a 1 night overnight stay before leaving to catch a cruise the next day. Staff was courteous, spoke English, Spanish and Italian and the nightly rate was a great deal."

"Hotel Kraft sits on the SW edge of Firenze north of the Arno in a very quaint neighborhood. The staff are verybwelcoming and polite and have helped several times making arrangements on our behalf. The rooms are spacious by European standards but the walls can be a little thin, so ask the staff to keep boisterous guests quiet. While we didnt have a chance to dine in,the rooftop has amazing views of the city. For those who have plans to stage out to thr coubtrysidr, the majority of car rental offices are nearby as are their storage garages making walking to and from very easy for adventuring out into Tuscany. Likewise a very easy 12 minute walk from the train station with 1-2 pieces of luggage. Great place!"
