"Would have gotten 5 stars . The place is style like the old school classy 90s luxury hotel but every thing is clean and in great condition . Also the only thing is that the pics make it seem like it’s in down town Austin it’s actually right outside down town not bad actually for traffic but you will not be able to walk downtown it’s like ten miles and only access is the high way . The other thing I did not like that there is no valet but you get charged for valet . "

"The staff was very nice and accommodating and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was decent as far as included meals go. It was nice to have a coffee pod machine and microwave in the room as well. There was always fresh fruit, rolls and there was a pancake machine for the included lobby breakfast. I did not try any of the restaurants in walking distance but there were plenty of them. "We loved the fun and unique design of this hotel, and the Morningbird cafe was delicious! However, the room temperature was uncomfortably warm, and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to change anything. No fan in the bathroom left the room even warmer and muggier after a shower. The ambiance in the room was a cool idea, but the vanity lighting was too dark and made getting ready difficult. "
