Food is good and the service is quick. The rooms are comfortable and warm. It reminds me of how hotels used to be, its like going back in time, in a good way. "Best Western Brook Norwich Hotel check in experience I booked a family room. I came with a heavy luggage and two young children (2y and 4y). My room was on 2nd floor. I found it isn’t convenient that there is no lift because it is not easy to carry the luggage through stairs while looking after two children on stairs. There was a slight walk way from reception and the stairs. The lighting is a bit dark. My two children were scared of walking through it. I wish the lighting can be as bright...
