"On the plus side, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was nice too, very spacious and clean. My beefs: I was never able to find a room service menu, and I wasn’t able to order a glass of wine or a cocktail because “that comes from the bar.” Also I wasn't able to charge my devices in the room at night because the outlets went out when the lights went off. "Cosy, clean, comfortable hotel 10 mins away from airport. Very confortable bed and I really like the choice of 4 different firmness for the pillows. Great coffee and Thank You for the kettle in the room. I made myself a hot water bottle to help me fall asleep. Their breakfast is excellent. This is the hotel I stay at when catching a morning flight back to the US. Great place. Friendly staff who accommodate guests requests"

"Comfortable, modern and clean hotel close to airport. Staff was very helpful My only complaint, Shuttle was not free and it didn’t go to Terminal 1. Taxi for a 10 minute ride was $30. "
