"the hotel is in a very good location very close to the airport and a big shopping centre aeroville the staffs are very friendly and professional especially the receptionist Lesher she went above and beyond to help us checked in quickly and explain thoroughly about the hotel facilities and she was very good in English the room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable the bath room is big one thing that stand out is the shuttle is free Thanks very much from Mr Diep and Family"

"I like that they have a mini market at the lobby for essentials and food options. The restaurant also offers a great service. Very handy when you arrive after business hours. The water dispenser on my floor was empty though so I couldn’t do the refill. But I went to another floor so all is good. The water pressure from the shower is weak - that’s probably an area of improvement. Would be great if the toilet can also be equipped with bidet shower too. The only thing to be aware is that you will need to catch the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. There are a lot of black vans out at the shuttle spot that you can “rent” for a trip, so be patient and just wait for the correc lt shuttle. "
