First room had a distinct smell of smoke, so we went to the front desk to let them know and the person on duty profusely apologized and put us in an upgraded room that was just fine. Comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. Location is also convenient to many restaurants and attractions."

"Met up with my husband who is working in Athens, AL for a Valentine Werkend. Home 2Suites make you feel like “ you’re at home”. The facility is very well maintained-smells fresh! Great location for food, shopping, connecting to Hwy-72 and Hwy -65. We had a one bedroom suite-had everything we needed!"

"I chose a hotel that had an indoor pool so that my 12-year-old granddaughter could go swimming. I made the reservation online and there was no one to ask if the pool was an operating order. We checked in and we told the pool was not open. What a disappointment but again there was no one. I could ask since I did it online. Again, what a disappointment."
