"The property was great, the staff was amazing. The only concern was the hotel wasn’t full yet we were given a room surrounded by construction. For the first three days the only folks we saw on our floor was the one construction guy (very nice and worked quietly) but we could see every room around us was being refurbished except ours which was likely next. Finally saw others on our floor on our last night so it made us feel a little safer. I can’t say enough about the bellmen. They are fantastic...

"My stay here was wonderful. The staff is attentive and gracious, seeing to a guest’s every need. I was delighted to see when I returned to my room in the evening each day that it was all prepared for a relaxing evening (light music playing, slippers laid out, a lit candle by the bath, etc).
