"The property is nice and most of the staff members are lovely. One bad problem was mold in the air conditioning system which made us sick. The room cleaning itself was perfect. Some of the wait staff were very slow and did not seem to care. Others were lovely. One issue was overcooking fish so it became dry. In other restaurants it was not a problem. So it is not a St Lucia problem. "

"This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "

"It gave what I expected. Great location. Great staff. Food was bland and geared toward British tourists. But no problem; They kept plenty of hot sauce nearby. Loved the bartenders. Hopefully this place will still be reasonably priced after they rebuild. "

"Stanley the host was very flexible. He rearranged the units to accommodate our team of 2 adults, 4 girls and 4 boys. We will definitely stay there on future trips."
