"First room wasn't top floor like requested w/our VIP Expedia status, was supposed to get us, LOUD kids next door-woke us at 5:45 AM, and our air didn't work. Thought it just needed time to cool down...Nope ! And bedroom ceiling fan didn't work, so super hot to try to sleep, then 2nd night 2:30 AM air thermostat flashing wakes us. It's completely broke. We're sweating to death, told front desk, they made it sound like they had no rooms to move us, wrong, resort half full, and they didn't seem to...

"This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. "

"We had a terrific time at royalton hideaway. We stayed for 6 nights. I really do t understand the low ratings I read before arriving. Most of them seemed pretty petty. The staff was ver helpful, we stayed hideaway diamond club. The Butler service was very helpful, the pool bar tenders at the hideaway were excellent. Good gym. Many food options and yes you need reservations for the restraints at dinner time. -h"
