"This hotel was great, the front desk person was outstanding being able to make recommendations for places to eat that were nearby, as well as providing very quick service during check-in. The room was clean. The location was good, the only issue I can remember was that there was a broken railing in the elevator"

"Booked a non smoking room and definitely got a smoking room. TV did not work. There were 2 of us and we had 1 towel. The booking online said it included a continental breakfast. When I asked about breakfast during check in, she said, " Oh, it's just granola bars." While picking up a box of granola bars from behing the counter. Needless to say, we booked somewhere else on our return trip. For the same exact price. "

"We were traveling home from a week away. The traffic was horrendous so we pulled over last minute and stayed the night. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and tidy our room was. The bed was so comfy! "

"This Baymont was very well cared for and clean. We had no concerns about staying there. The room amenities were nice including shampoo, lotions, etc. Small coffee pot in the room with single serving packets of coffee, plus tea that I was very happy about since I can't drink coffee. A nice stay. I would recommend this Baymont!"
