"This home was on a very quiet street. The interior has been beautifully updated. The beds were, for the most part, comfortable. Plenty of blankets and pillows were provided. The kitchen was stocked very well for our needs. The owner reponded with any questions I had very promptly and check out was so easy! We were in town for softball so we were in and out of the house often and there was plenty of room for 3 adults and 4 kids (including an infant). Really enjoyed the comfort of this home!"

"I cant say enough good things about the host and the property! It was extremely clean! Great water pressure and hot water for days! The location is perfect, its 15min from anywhere in evansville. Perfect to get to any of the local eats, extremely close to the airport. Check in and check out were simple. The host keeps a great line of communication with you but doesn't hover. "We were in town for an event at the Bluegrass Hall of Fame and this was perfect for our 5 night stay. Very clean, spacious rooms for a small house. The flooring and furnishings were pet friendly with the fenced back yard a bonus! It was a quick drive the the downtown hot spots and very close to a lovely walking path in Legion Park. Would highly recommend."

"We had 6 adults. Stayed for a weekend. Great location for entertainment downtown and Haynies corner. Spankeys pizza right there. We had everything we needed and communication with owner was great. Cute house! Would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful experience!"

"Our host Mike was very accommodating in getting a gentleman out to fix several problems. The home is great for a large group. We had 6 for the week and 2 more for a couple days. Might be better for younger people as 4 of us are 74 and 78. The steps to the second floor were steep for us and the second bathroom has steps to it also. It is very roomy for a large group. "

"Hosted a small Sweet 16 birthday for our daughter here for her and 6 of her friends. Great place to decorate, dance and have fun along with a great area for them to have a sleepover while mom and dad relaxed in the main part of the barn. We are from the area but would certainly rent again for family get togethers or small events. Everyone loved the cornhole boards and ping pong table... loved that they provide table and chairs that can be set up as needed too. "
