"Overall good stay! 1. Beds were old/broken down. Sore backs! 🙁 2. We were contacted and told by the manager the day before we were leaving, that we were late for departing, that our stay was for 7 days. My husband told her I made the reservation for 8 days. They finally figured it but, a little stressful. "

"I love this house! The layout was comfortable, and the pool and patio were perfect. The house, pool, and grounds are beautifully maintained. The host kept us up to date on when the lawn and pool guys would be coming, so there were no surprises/unexpected visitors. Of note, the AC stopped working on Sunday while we were out all day. I contacted the host, who in turn contacted the property manager, who showed up soon after. He did his thing (I know nothing about AC except that it cools the house)....

"Beach access is at the end of the street. Everything you need is close by. Stayed downstairs to accommodate my short-legged dog. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and entertain. Convenient to have laundry room at the end of the building. Plan to stay again."

"The house was clean, a great location and the owner was very accessible and accommodating. There were many areas especially outside that were in need of repair. The decking was falling apart. The downspouts were not at the right angle and mold on the soffit. There were chips and cracks in the tile floor. There were holes in the walls and black marks. The foosball table was broken when we arrived. The chair pads outside were crumbling due to sun exposure. "

"My sister and I stayed here for three nights before our cruise. The villa was very cute, comfortable and clean. Walking distance to the beach and 2-3 short blocks to Ellie Mae’s Tiki Bar (a place we loved). Communication with host was good and parking easy. We would definitely stay here again. "
