"A hidden gem not in the main tourist area, but very close to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well equipped for your entire stay. Our teens enjoyed the kayaks on the river and the use of the beach chairs on their beach days. We would highly recommended this location and look forward to our need stay. "

Pool will be beautiful with the new deck. Not alot of light as only 2 windows but a cute little spot."

"Fantastic place to stay! Pool and Hot tub on-site and ocean right there. Didn’t need to bring anything but sunscreen as the condo had everything you could possibly need including sand toys! "

"How can any condo by the ocean be bad. Answer: it can’t. This place was GREAT! Checkin/checkout was great. The view was fantastic. The condo was clean and comfortable. Should be great for any family. I felt at home here. Only problem was the key to the lobby entry or the lock needs to be repaired it gets hard to unlock at times. There are no other issues."

"Everything was just as advertised! My wife is super picky and she lives the coziness of the condo with its proximity to the beach. The host was easy to work with and responded promptly. We stayed here as a go between before leaving in a cruise and the port access was amazing as well! Great condo, great neighborhood, loved the place and we plan on staying there again!"
