When I called in advance to ask about the pool, they took the time to ask the building engineer about the pool temperature. You can walk to many shops, a grocery store, a theater, an inviting green space. My Tesla conveniently charged in the parking lot. I was never concerned for my safety. Everything seems spotless but I would recommend avoiding air fresheners in the elevator. "
