"Stood at the check in desk for 5 minutes staring at the lady before she finally acknowledged our existence and checked us in. Getting on the elevator there’s dirty panties rolled in a ball in the corner, our room had a used water bottle, casino workers will walk right by you saying “ma’am or sir” "

"The parking garage smelled of urine. Desk clerk at check in was friendly and efficient. Security and other staff were friendly and greeted me with smiles. Carpet in hallways were dirty. Housekeeping brought me a broken coffee pot and I had to request another. Disappointing free WiFi only includes two devices. There’s a ridiculous charge for additional devices. Hotel renovations are a pleasant change. Hope rates don’t increase as a result."

"Horrible experience. We were placed in a stinky smoking room with non working TV, a sink that leak water, room keys that didn’t work (the manager finally gave us a master key so we can go in and out). The hotel look liked an abandoned place from a horror movie and the lobby was totally empty for hours at a time. We waited for breakfast (as it was advertised) from 8 to 8:30 am with no success and there was NO one to even do our check out. Although years back this “hotel” was a nice place, now it...

"Good clean room. No issues at all for a 1 night stay. Close enough to the casinos and much cheaper than staying at the casinos. "

"Management was WONDERFUL. I left my pillow and they were able to find it and hold it at the front desk until I could get someone to pick it up. Rooms were clean, water was hot, bed was comfy. I feel like the price is low (I got a smoking room to save money) for the quality. They could charge more. Great deal."
