"Hotel is very clean, beds super comfortable. Tunica isn’t what it used to be & it was almost like a ghost town. Front desk closes at 10 pm & when we went to check out there was a sign saying to find security guard to give keys to. Very sad seeing these older casinos fade away. Hotel is very very clean but you can tell they’ve given up trying to maintain some of the building and structure. "

"I was coming to Memphis for a particular event. Circumstances were changing about the start of the event. I left my home not realizing that I was not going to make it in time. I call Quality Inn and informed them of my situation and they made sure that I did not have to stress out about my reservation that all was well. I was not charged extra and was treated well upon arrival. This is my favorite place to stay when visiting Memphis. Staff is wonderful."

We were placed in a stinky smoking room with non working TV, a sink that leak water, room keys that didn’t work (the manager finally gave us a master key so we can go in and out). The hotel look liked an abandoned place from a horror movie and the lobby was totally empty for hours at a time. We waited for breakfast (as it was advertised) from 8 to 8:30 am with no success and there was NO one to even do our check out. Although years back this “hotel” was a nice place, now it...
