"Kitchen sink linked all over the floor, more than once. The TV in the bedroom had no sound.The wifi would drop off occasionally. If you have issues with your room you may not be able to reach the front desk. Breakfast was decent except for roaches crawling around on the pastries. There are plenty dining options and a grocery in the same complex as the Hotel."

"Nice property, one of our grab drivers said the hotel is new. The walls are paper thin, we were by a room that never slept and continually rang the door bell and made a lot of noise, that isn't the hotels fault. Breakfast was fine, convenient at least. Staff was very nice, the security guard at the door always rushed to open the door, which wasn't necessary, but they seemed happy to do it."

"Really liked this hotel in the heart of Cebu city. Great location near good restaurants, Robinsons supermarket and the entertainment district. Bu really, Mango square doesn't live up to the hype. Staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good despite the complainers. Standard rooms quite small, good for solo traveller like me. Overall, very good hotel."

"The staff were wonderful and the room was comfortable. I was very happy with the service! The breakfast was tasty and balanced, good value. I have to be honest that the building has visible damage, which is unfortunate since it was built recently. I think it may be faulty construction rather than maintenance issue.
