Many of the old features were left such as the iron windows, gorgeous brass front door. The interior wood panelling has been painted white which made the place bright and contemporary looking. "I rented a studio apartment for ten days in Cape Town. The furniture in the studio was sparse and the king-sized bed was a little hard. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, plates and glasses. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The terrace was nice but the patio door was difficult to slide open. When I finally got downstairs to check out and get to a new hotel, they agreed to cancel the rest of my stay and refund me. That refund never came. This place is sketchy and not safe."
