The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (coffee machine, plates, silverware, glasses, washing machine, etc.) The area was very safe and we felt comfortable walking around at night. The property grounds were beautiful and the canal was lovely. The staff was fantastic and answered all of our questions. I would absolutely stay here again! "Very kind and accommodating staff. Was able to check me into my room early and let me keep my bags in storage before I checked in and after I checked out while I was waiting to go to the airport. Because the hotel is right next to the ocean the wind is very strong and it can get really loud. I had a hard time sleeping because it can be a little intense/ intimidating at first. "The beds were comfortable and bedding and towels were crisp and clean. The space in the penthouse was amazing with enough beds and room for our whole family. The views were spectacular!!! Made the rental totally worth it. The furniture did have some questionable stains. There is a strong marijuana smell. "

"The apartment was great and everything we need. The reception personal was not welcoming at all. It also took very long for us to check in. There was also a problem with the drainage of the shower. So in other words its a management issue as the apartment itself was great but unfortunately they won’t see us again. "

"We liked the property. However to communicate was a problem through the app. We received too many e-mails after responding to the first one. Also two of the plugs in the unit was not working. Another big problem was that there is no plug close to a mirror to blow dry hair. Views were good and area is quiet. Parking is a bit tight."
