"Was here on a solo trip and the staff were lovely. I didn't get a chance to use the spa as I was so busy but I would definitely use it next time I stay. The bed was comfy and the room a perfect size for one person staying. It was nice to be asked if I wanted a room with a bath or shower as I forgot to request a bath beforehand. Having a Starbucks franchise in the lobby was a great feature as I was able to sit with a coffee doing some work for a bit before I was able to check in. The conceriege was lovely as well and as a solo traveller with a disability automatically came outside to help me with my bags and when leaving the hotel. Even offering to get me a taxi if needed. I would definitely stay here again. The location from hotel to tube station again is brilliant, as it is a couple of minutes down the road from the tube exit. This is an ideal location. "

"Great hotel in a great location. Across the street from 3 museums and a short walk to tube station, restaurants/caffès and shopping including Harrods. Rooms are roomy, well appointed, with comfy beds and bath. Delicious breakfast was included. "
