Food and real ale selections are normally good, although there have not been specials on the menu the last two times we stayed and on this stay, there was only one real ale, which was a special winter ale and did not appeal. Slightly Larger than the average room I've generally stayed in budget rooms..The shower room door did not close. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The window did not have a curtain but that wasn't too much of a problem 20.min walk from the Hammersmith Railway station. Has a couple of Pubs around. There's a Bus stop close by that can take you the station or other locations near by.. nothing much...

"This property was conviently located in the Shepherd's Bush area - lovely - quite diverse community. We stayed in the hotel and had a couple of meals in the restaurant/pub. The staff were fun and really cared about how our stay was. Wendy, the room attendant, was terrific! She helped us ensure our experience was nothing but the best. The Nespresso coffee pods, provided milk, tea and very cool sugar gave our mornings the punch they needed! I look forward to staying here in the near future!"
