"Really good location for Hammersmith station. Comfy beds and great shower, liked the coffee machine in the room. We thought the self service breakfast was a great idea as we could grab when we wanted to,wouldve been nice to have a selection of cereals though. Parking on road was easy but the bridge didnt have any permits left, we left a note in the window, not sure if we will receive a penalty notice in the post. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Would definitely consider staying here...

"Great location and lovely room full of character. The only down side ? The windows desperately need draughty proofing ( the heating bill must be horrendous) The tv was new and not tuned in. We did ask for help but the guy was unsuccessful in tuning it in and did make us feel awkward that we had complained.
