"Clean and modern, nice shower. Very convenient to T2 and just a 5 minute walk from the arrival area. Only thing not clear is that the bedside plugs have switches that need to be turned on if you want to charge your phone. We arrived late and I did not check, only to discover in the morning that my phone had not charged. If you are then in a rush in the morning and you phone didn’t charge, it can cause a bit of stress. So don’t make the same mistake."

"The convenience of the location is wonderful. Very close to High Street Kensington Tube Station. Shopping close by. Rooms are clean, small but typical for London. "

"I’ve lost count of how many times I have stayed here! It’s my go-to when in London. Staff are wonderful and the facilities are fantastic for business trips when on the road for a number of weeks. Laundry, gym, kitchen and close to a supermarket. I’ll be back."
