"I don’t recommend this hotel.... the pictures looks a lot better than the reality "

"Dirty rooms. Stained blankets. Hot water didn't work. Expedia said I had 2 king beds, but they were two twin beds. Not even queen. Front desk was not friendly."

"The one thing I found particularly annoying is that I couldn’t check in not one minute before 3:00 pm!"

"This place is far from a 5 star hotel but if you can understand that, then it's not so bad of a stay. The staff is extremely nice and hard working and they truly help make the stay better. The hotel itself is located on a very noisy main road so expect to hear cars/trucks/motorcycles all day and night. the room itself is not anything out of this world but well kept. For what it costs, you shouldn't really have any complaints. I personally will not be staying there again but I do want to point...

"Great view of the surrounding area when on the upper floors. Though the neighborhood was loud at night, the room was well insulated from noise. Nice evening drink service at our room. Very helpful front desk. The toilet did keep backing up, and once the shower backed up a bit too, though it was quickly fixed each time. Comfortable beds. Wonderful breakfast. "

"We liked everything about the hotel. We have stayed at the hotel a couple of times in the past. The staff is very courteous and many of them spoke English and Spanish. Their uniforms were very professional, the restaurant's food was excellent, and the staff was very nice. We enjoy the Poblado area of Medellin. It is an upscale area to stay."
