"The location and service were amazing. We had a problem the first night with a room that smelled like sewage. They had no other room with 2 beds available although they offered us a room with a bed and sofa. The next night we were moved to a new room and given a free breakfast. I would stay here again in the "old" building, since the "new" building had the smell issue."

"This hotel was incredible. The best room we had in our whole day in Italy. It was so spacious so clean and we absolutely love the tub. The staff was very nice and also suggested a few restaurants. It was very close to a lot of shopping areas. Everything is walkable we also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was very convenient with a lot of options. I feel like the price that we paid for this hotel was very reasonable and I would definitely come back and stay here, clean and quiet. We definitely felt safe here."

"Lovely stay overall, the staff was excellent, breakfast options were plenty. Awesome location within walking distance of major sights and the central market was around the corner. Our bathroom set up wasn't ideal, with only a rainfall showerhead and a very low sink with a faucet that made it difficult to wash my face at night, but they did provide washcloths, which was great. I'd stay at this property again. "

"Clean, updated, close to the train station and great breakfast. Perfect for a few nights. Street is a little busy and loud, so I wouldn’t necessarily wanna stay there more than a few nights."
