"Well. This is definitely not glamping. We paid €60 to sleep in a Fyre Festival style container. The staff was nice enough. But after paying all that money for a crappy little basic container they wouldn't provide us with toilet paper... they make you pay €4 for it. I've never even been to a proper campground without toilet paper, let alone a place that we paid €60 for. Also, they advertise a pool. There is no pool. There is a gutted out wooden box down the road. "Pool"? also the staff gave us...

"Perfect location, walkable to all the sights we wanted to go to, and many restaurants around. Room is very comfortable. All the staff were friendly, and speaks english. We were glad we chose this hotel, and river view. We will definitely book this hotel again the next time we come to Florence. "
