"This is the 2second time we use the hotel and convention center for an event. The Hotel does not have the staff to handle the amount of people they book. They book back to back event and can not turn the rooms around fast enough. The rooms are not cleaned and can not check in un till almost 7 pm at night. We had an event in the convention center and came from out of town. This delay made us late as we could not get ready in our room. Not to mention the extra stress that this adds when you have a schedule and a large group."
