"We stayed here for 5 days. Overall impression was good. Could use some better lighting through out the unit. Maybe switch to some LED lighting. We were the only ones staying there at first then someone else checked in above us. Noise became a issue for us. It is a great location with the river running beside it. You can walk the entire town with ease. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 7 "

"Home is small but met the needs of our family and dog. Some of the blankets had smell of past odors/dogs but nothing that was too bad for a fellow dog owner."

"Great location, close to downtown shopping & restaurants & Gondola from town, excellent communication with owner, property is well equipped with most anything you would need. Property is nice but a bit dated, but price reflects that fact. "

"Right down the street from shops, restaurants and gondola. Grocery store located across the street.Definitely recommend. "

"Perfect location in the heart of Ouray! Loft was very clean and had everything we needed for our four day stay. Check in and out was super easy, property manager was responsive to all questions. Only draw back was the strong sewer smell in the loft...couldn't figure out where it was coming from and not much we could do about it. We cooked and lit candles to cover it up but that's the only real complaint we had. Great place and great town!"
