"This property is older than some, but very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the fact that it is right by the river is an added bonus. The sitting area outside by the river with the hot tub is peaceful and relaxing. The hairdryer in my room did not work, and there was no soap in the shower. Also, the TV was very confusing to operate. In spite of these things I loved staying there and would again."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Two bedrooms were perfect- front room was like a parlor and my friend loved it. Really like the heating system as I could keep my room cool and my friend kept hers warmer. Great location for the hiking we did- next time we’ll rent jeeps 😎 . Our host Mark was great and quick to respond. We were ‘in’ town, so able to walk to shops and restaurant (great history lesson from gal at front desk of the Grand Imperial hotel. Food at Lacey Rose saloon was excellent)....

"A prior review said it best, "its a hidden gem in Telluride". The property couldn't be better located within town. It has plenty of parking, close to the gondola, and is the perfect walking distance from everything. The lodging is no frills, but is clean, well kept, comfortable, safe, and loaded with friendly staff. We don't travel to sit in our room so the accommodations were perfect and couldn't have asked for anything more. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Telluride."

"It’s a great cheap option in a very expensive town. Liked the mini kitchen and had all the basics - plates, toaster, microwave, silverware. Location was super convenient in town. Quiet at night. Parking was easy. Overall we’d stay there again!"
