"Had a great time at this property. Clean, safe, friendly, and located an easy walk from all the shops, restaurants, etc. in downtown Ouray. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, and easily fit two small families. The mattresses were a tad bit uncomfortable, but honestly we didn’t spend much time worrying about it, as we were too busy enjoying the family time and the views. Would come again!"

"The condo was quite comfortable and clean, we appreciate that it is dog-friendly, and the location can't be beat; however, as others have also mentioned, our dogs were afraid of the stairs, they took a very long time going up and down them each time throughout the stay, and we actually had to carry one of them (a 40-plus pound pup) up and down for the first two days until he finally was willing to do it on his own. "

"The property is conveniently located, short walk to the main street where there are shops and restaurants. It was quiet, even though there is construction next door and an adjacent unit. It was clean, although the floor felt a little gritty. The parking is tight in the carport when there are two guests, and the parking area and stairs to the building are not lit."

"We stayed in the condo for a week. Has all the amenities that you need. Has full size stove and fridge although we did not do any cooking. Comfortable beds and plenty of mirrors for getting ready. Our favorite part was the unit we stayed in had a ground level porch to sit out and enjoy the evening. Location is right off the main road so it is within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
