"I would describe this as a cool boutique hotel that has stripped away all the extraneous services that you rarely use anyway. Everything is managed through the Sonder app (including the room key!) and all though there are people at the front desk, you don't really need to interact with them unless you have a specific question. Maybe not the place to stay if you're looking for a pampering room service kind of stay, but if your intention is to out most of the day and come back to a nicely designed...

"Great location by the seaport and so well connected to different subway lines. There are lots of food shops and restaurants nearby which was really handy and the kitchen in the apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was a bit “old” and tired with peeling cupboards and marks on the walls. The staff were polite but not particularly engaged. "Property and room was very good, the staff are amazing. Our one complaint would be that our room looked over a building site, and the workmen worked early in the morning using very noisy power tools. I appreciate they have a job to do and I've no issue with that, but I feel, with the amount of mo eh we paid ( we were on the top floor with an appointment for 5 days) perhaps we should of been informed that there was building work outside our room."
