"Super easy to park and get into the place with instructions sent in plenty of time. Kitchen had all of the things we needed. This is an old home -- the stairs are steep and the floors are all wonky. But it has lots of character and is comfortable! The house is right on the road so you can hear traffic, but at night it was quiet. Heating system was easy to figure out. "We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience."

"On the sixth anniversary of our daughter’s passing, we got together with another daughter, her husband, and their Australian shepherd dog for family time. It was chilly, but we enjoyed our time together. Mystic is a lovely spot, even in early March. Your home was a lovely oasis for us. Thank you!"

"Pulling into the driveway of this home, you feel like you are in Watch Hill. The stone walls, perfectly maintained landscaping, outdoor fire pit and porch exude luxury resort. The well appointed kitchen, large dining table and seating areas provide ample space to relax and enjoy meals. So happy to have found a wonderful place close to the beach and everything you need."

"Big house with room for lots of people adults and kids. Great location on lake basically all by yourself. We kayaked across the lake and hiked around it. Many other hiking trails in the area. Great history in all directions. Easy access to skiing and the ocean. "
