"The cottage was welcoming & super comfy. Great balance of beachy cottage & needed amenities. And the outdoor space? PERFECTION!! The lake view is a whole vibe & the comfy chairs & swings & tablespace make it almost impossible to go inside. Communication with hosts was simple & friendly & thorough & timely. Thus cottage experience is a true gem"

"Our extended family loves Marie's place! The cousins love soending alone time in the kid cabins, and the dining room table is great for a rousing game of Monopoly Go. Nice huge TV makes movie nights fun, and the pool can't be beat. Thanks for a great visit!"

"Property is exactly as it appears on the vrbo site. Joan was so easy and a delight, she thought of everything in this adorable studio. Clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood-easy access to downtown Newport. Lovely beaches to explore close by. It was just outstanding!! Thank you, Joan for sharing your lil spot, wonderful start to our 25th anniversary trip!"

"Can not say enough about the house and how clean and bright it was with a great yard and spectacular views of the water with a beautiful firepit. Great stay and would stay here again. Very unique property!!"

"This is a very cute home. Teenager loved the detached room. The beach was mesmerizing even with a cold rainy weekend. I want us to come back in summer. Water pressure in shower was really good and welcomed after traveling. I am embarrassed to say we got in very late in the dark and I didn’t look at the house numbers there is a similar colored home across the street. Please check the house number before making the same mistake in the dark. Walmart is close by we were able to go buy towels and...

"We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!"
